An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These workouts are designed to encourage high intensity intervals along with speed, agility and balance work. Modifications will be demonstrated and encouraged for those who need varied exercises. This class will take place in the studio and/ or outdoors... be prepared for something a little different each class!
