Service Description
Community riding at its best: riders of all fitness levels can ride side by side working towards their own personal goals. A variety of planned rides coordinated with energetic music can be found on our weekly schedule. Our cycling & strength coaches are positive, high energy, knowledgeable individuals who will motivate you to reach your personal goals. Strength Combo class starts with a 45 minute cycling workout followed by strength training session - see the weekly schedule for specifics for each ride/ workout.
