Community riding at its best: riders of all fitness levels can ride side by side working towards their own personal goals. A variety of planned rides coordinated with energetic music can be found on our weekly schedule. Our cycling coaches are positive, high energy, knowledgeable individuals who will motivate you to reach your personal goals. Combo class starts with a 45 minute cycling workout followed by either strength training, yoga stretching or a running workout - see the weekly schedule for details.
