Service Description

This instructional clinic is tailored for swimmers interested in beginning distance swimming in the open water or just looking to improve their freestyle stroke. Participants should already possess basic swimming skills but may not yet be comfortable swimming 500 yards or more with proper breathing. Each session will be held at The Avery Point Athletic Center Pool to teach proper form and technique of freestyle/ front crawl. All skill levels are welcome to this swim program, with personalized workouts tailored to your needs - the BESPOKE way!
