Service Description

Community riding at its best: riders of all fitness levels can ride side by side working towards their own personal goals.  A variety of planned rides coordinated with energetic music can be found on our weekly schedule. Our coaches are positive, high energy, knowledgeable individuals who will motivate you to reach your personal goals. 30-20-10 class starts with a 30 minute cycling workout followed by 20 minutes of strength training and ends with 10 minutes of stretching - see the weekly schedule for specifics for each ride/ workout.
